- Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
The item must not be on our non-returnable list (e.g., personalized or customized items, opened beauty or hygiene products, etc.).
You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
- How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at reighr.gaelen.doughty@gmail.com with the following information:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Return Shipping Costs
For international returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds and Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
If you received a gift card or promotion with your purchase, the refund will be applied to your account as store credit.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide you with a full refund or replacement for any defective items at no additional charge, along with instructions for returning the damaged product. - Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. - Items Not Eligible for Return
